Personal History: It wasn't exactly love at first sight for Rebecca Adams and Daniel "Dane" Dobrowski. Actually, it was far from it. The two went to school together, from grades 5-12, and didn't ever exactly get along. In high school, Rebecca was an overweight choir girl, while Dane was captain of the football team, and one of the most popular boys in the school. They nearly became friends several times, but their social statuses stood in the way. They went their separate ways after graduation, and never exactly thought they'd see each other again... until one fateful day just days after Rebecca's 23rd birthday. He ended up asking her out, and the two eventually connected in a way they hadn't in high school. They fell in love, and nearly five months to the day of their reunion, the two married. In less than a year, Rebecca gave birth to their first child, a little girl they named Tiffany Lauren.
Tiffany was born on February 28, 1988. Rebecca found it rather odd that her baby had been born the same day as her beloved childhood pet, who had died just a year prior due to old age and a terminal illness. Inspired by the strange coincidence, Rebecca named the baby girl Tiffany, in honor of the sweet, feisty Chihuahua that had been her loyal companion for over 14 years.
Tiffany had a relatively normal childhood, growing up on a little farm in a tiny town a few hours away from Houston. She was Rebecca and Dane's only child, and was pretty much spoiled. And though she did act pretty bratty at times, she was never really punished for it. Her mother couldn't get over her budding personality, often stating that spirit of her old dog had been reborn in her child. Early on, Rebecca accidentally called the little girl "Tiffy", the same nickname she'd given her pet, and slowly but surely, the more it slipped out, the more it stuck.
During her teen years, Tiffy was pretty much the picture of innocence, very rarely rebelling. She was a good girl. She did her homework, got fairly good grades in school. She was in the school choir, just as her mother had been, and excelled in just about everything she did. She dated a little bit, but always met her curfew, and never went very far with a guy. She was a virgin all throughout high school, and everyone knew it. Everyone loved her, from the popular kids to the nerds. She was nice, she was sweet, she was smart, and she was friendly. She was your typical, everyday, picture-perfect, all-American girl. She was even prom queen her senior year of high school, which came as a shock to her, but not to anyone else. She saw herself as normal, nothing special, no one especially important. She was perfectly content being the apple of her mother's eye, and would have it no other way. Her mother was almost her closest friend, since they spent a lot of time together, while her father worked crazy hours as a local paramedic.
Tiffy's close relationship with her doting mother convinced her to stay on the farm a year longer than she intended, while she attended a local community college, studying music and fashion, among other things. The summer after her nineteenth birthday, however, Tiffy decided it was time to cut the apron strings, and enrolled at a college in Houston, where she would again study music and fashion. She landed a job as a waitress at a retro diner during her first week in the big city, and even found an old classmate from high school to move into her apartment with her and share the expenses with her.
Though she's been in Houston for over a year now, Tiffy feels as though she's still trying to find her place, and make it in this crazy town. With her parents' love and support, even from afar, she's convinced that she will.
Physical Appearance: Tiffy is fairly short, standing at five foot, four inches. She's fit and toned, but well-proportioned. She has bleached-blonde hair that usually hangs just past her shoulders, that's naturally a bit wavy, but she likes to straighten it a good portion of the time. She has chocolate-brown eyes, and full, pouty lips. She's a remarkably beautiful girl, but has never really seen herself that way, seeing herself as no more than "average".
